Trent Fuller is passionate about food safety, workplace safety, human resources and system optimization. He has the advantage of 15 years of industry experience and takes joy in solving practical food safety and human resource problems.
Trent has spent many years developing and managing human resource departments, H-2A coordination, Global G.A.P and USDA G.A.P plans for large, vertically integrated fruit companies. Having participated in all aspects of tree fruit growing and production, Trent brings an experienced understanding of all safety and human resource-related issues.
As the founder of Simple Business Solutions, Trent is responsible for completing all food safety and human resource documentation, as well as working with clients to help them implement efficient programs and processes.
Trent's education and certifications include a bachelors in Business Management with a specialization in Corporate Human Resources Management and a minor in Information Technology Management. Certifications include FDA Qualified Individual Certification (FDA-Preventative Controls Rule), FDA Produce Safety Certified Trainer (FDA-Produce Safety Rule), Professional Water Quality Lab Training; EPA Membrane Filtration Methods (UC Davis Laboratories), Certified GFSI Internal Auditor (SCS Global Services), and General HACCP and SQF Principal Training (BBSI).
